How do I start a shipment?
Start a DHL request as a guest. Choose your counter, request a quote or prepare a drop-off, and save your confirmation code. Staff confirms price and shipping arrangements.
Can I request a service?
Yes. Use the service request option here for passport, DMV, printing, notary, payments, luggage storage, freight help, or another counter service.
What services do you offer?
Cubic Ship handles DHL Express, domestic and international shipping, air/ocean/ground freight, passport services, office services, IL DMV services, payment services, money orders, luggage storage, virtual notary support, and document help.

How do I track a shipment?
Use the tracking page for DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight references. If you only have a Cubic Ship ticket number, contact the counter team for help.

Yes. Cubic helps online shops, local sellers, home businesses, and small teams with DHL, packing, freight, document support, and business shipping rates based on volume, destination, service type, and carrier availability.

Do I need a box or printer?
Ask your counter for packing and label help. Staff will confirm materials and any packing charges.
Can my item go internationally?
Describe what is inside, including batteries, liquids or food. Your counter must confirm eligibility, required paperwork and destination restrictions before shipping.
Can I ship today?
Call your selected counter for today’s hours and last DHL collection. The last collection can be earlier than closing time.
