Staff must confirm item acceptance, service availability, price and timing. A pickup inquiry is not a scheduled collection. Contact the counter for urgent deadlines and to confirm hours.

Charges and delivery

Before paying, confirm transport, packing, optional protection and destination duties or taxes, including who pays each charge. Delivery estimates depend on the confirmed carrier service and destination.

Printing

Confirm product specifications, artwork or proof, total price and turnaround before production starts.

Changes, cancellation and claims

Ask your counter about the conditions that apply to the selected service before purchase. For an existing order, contact the counter with your reference or carrier tracking number. Carrier terms and any agreed service conditions determine the available options.

SMS consent and message types

If you consent to receive SMS messages from CubicShip, you may receive messages about quote requests, shipping updates and customer service follow-ups. SMS consent does not authorize promotional text messages. Phone numbers obtained through the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Frequency and fees

Message frequency will vary with your requests and service activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.

How to opt in

On our Contact us form, provide your phone number and check the optional SMS consent box before submitting. The box is unchecked by default. Consent is not required to submit an inquiry or purchase services.

How to opt out or get help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a CubicShip text message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact info@cubicship.com. You can also contact us directly to request removal from the messaging list.
