This page describes the data used by the current request service.
Information you provide
Shipping requests collect contact details, branch selection and shipment information. Preparing a drop-off also requires sender and receiver address details. Print inquiries collect the specifications and artwork links you choose to provide.
How it is used
CubicShip uses these details to review your request, contact you, prepare the service and allow authorized staff at the appropriate branch to process it. Staff may need to provide relevant shipment information to the carrier to complete shipping.
Service providers
The website uses Vercel hosting and storage, account infrastructure where configured, and email delivery services to operate these features. Separate freight forms and carrier tracking pages are operated by the provider shown when you follow the link.
Finding a counter
If you choose Use my location, your browser asks for permission. Your coordinates are used only in your browser to sort counters; CubicShip does not store them or send them to its servers or analytics. ZIP-code distance searches also run in your browser. Directions links open Google Maps with the counter’s address; Google’s own privacy terms apply there.
You can choose to save your ZIP code for future searches. Signed-in customers save it to their account; guests save it on this device. Use Forget saved ZIP in the location picker to remove it. Precise coordinates are never saved with this preference.
Accounts and request links
Account sessions use cookies. A private request-status link grants access to that request’s status: keep it private. Website analytics may record page visits; do not put shipment or personal information into public links.
Questions or corrections
Contact info@cubicship.com or your selected counter to ask about your information, request a correction or discuss deletion. Include your request reference, and avoid emailing payment-card details or passwords.

Information we collect and how we use it
CubicShip collects the contact details you provide, including your name, email and optional phone number, your inquiry, and your SMS consent choice. We save the consent date, disclosure version and displayed language so staff can review your preferences. We use this information to respond to quote requests, provide shipping updates and assist with customer service. Website analytics and account information are described above.
Mobile information and consent
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your choices and rights
SMS consent is optional and is separate from email marketing consent. Providing a phone number or submitting a form without checking the SMS consent box does not opt you in to SMS. You can submit an inquiry and use our services without opting in.
Reply STOP to a CubicShip SMS to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact info@cubicship.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to withdraw a communication preference.
